One Word- Happiness Documentary

We created a short documentary asking people "What makes you happy in one word?"

The video was aimed to make the audience happy and being able to relate to some of the people's answers. We also added people having fun in the video to show why they are happy and to spread happiness to the audience.

We used smiling to set off a trigger to make the audience smile as it is proven that someones smile can make another person smile. The video also shows that no matter who the person is, there is always something that makes them happy in their lives and makes them smile. We added clips of people laughing, having fun and tried to make the video funny to bring a smile onto the audience's face and to spread the happiness.

This video was also a test for us, seeing how well we could film a documentary styled video and helped us improve our interviewing skills. This is helpful to us because it prepares us for the interviews we will have to carry out at Stourhead which is a promotional video. This video helped us to learn this and how to stay on a topic, getting different answers from everyone. Overall, it helps us become more confident in interviewing people and is preparation for a future project.
